Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Rowdy Crew, each item is made to order, which means we produce it specifically for you as soon as your order is placed. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color selection. Please read the policy carefully before purchasing.

No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

As all products are custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Delivery delays outside our control

Please check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

To be eligible:

  • Submit a request within 30 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item and the defect
  • Send your request to: rowdycrewofficial@gmail.com

You do not need to return the faulty item.

Delivery Issues

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can:

  • Offer a reprint and reship it (additional shipping fee applies), or
  • Provide a partial refund for the product only (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

 

 

 

Production Variations

Minor print variations (up to ±0.5″ in placement) are within industry tolerance and are not considered defects.
