We ship Australia-wide and internationally. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. Please read below for estimated processing and delivery times.

 

 

 

📦 Order Processing

 

• Orders are processed within 2–7 business days.
• Each item is printed on demand once your order is placed.
• You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and another with tracking once your item ships.

Note: These timeframes include production and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
• Free shipping may apply during promotions—follow us on social media or subscribe to our emails for updates.

📍 Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
• Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

❗ Address & Delivery Issues

• Double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
  
• We can reship the order (shipping fees apply), or
• Offer a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).

• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.

• For international orders, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes.
